I have been handling classes every summer in my university,
but this would not hinder me to enjoy what is due to my body. When Jared, my friend working at Wyeth who
was based in Butuan City, invited us to visit Britannia Group of Islands, I
immediately replied, “ Sure. We will be there.”
And Jared assured us that he would take care of our stay in Butuan and
Surigao.

“Ayos kaayo ang Britannia Jed. Cool lagi kaayo ang place.
Lami pajud ang food. Presko. Mura lang.” Jared often texted these lines to
me. “Oh? Ayos pa sa Camiguin? Kuyaw!
Adtuon nato na!” I dismissed my English Bridge Program class at 3 p.m. since
that was our 10th day. English Bridge Program is a course designed
to incoming freshmen to enrich their communication skills and prepare them to
college life. “ Tara na! Idismiss na nah
imung klase! Naghulat na ang Britannia sa atoa! , Lex messaged me.
On May 25, 2012, Lex and I took a Bachelor Tour bus bound to
Butuan City since our friend, Jared, was in Butuan City waiting for our
arrival. It took around eight hours before we reached the pad of Jared and he welcomed
us with his car. We arrived at 12 midnight and immediately hit the sack to
prepare for our travel to Britannia Islands. But Jared did not sleep with us. “ Kuy, wala diri natulog si Jared. Gibiyaan ta. Delikado ni.”, Lex said when he
woke up. “ Didto ko natulog sa hotel uy. Sayang kaayo kay nilakaw na akong
boss. Sayang ang bayad sa hotel if walay matulog.”, Jared replied. “Pastilan.
Didto na lang unta mi nimu gipatulog Ja.”, I continued.
“Ja, guapa lagi imung kauban sa haus. Uyab nimu na?”, Lex
interestingly asked.
“ Buang. Dili uy. Friend ko mana si Daphne. “
“Ipaila ila ko ana beh. Chix kaau bai.”.
“Kaligo namu uy. Taas taas pa atung biyahe. Ako baya inung
driver. Paita”, Jared said.
“Okay! Joyride ta ani ron!”
“Sweet dreams in a beautiful nightmare.” This was the line that we often heard while
we were in the car. “ Kuyawa nimu ug sound trip Ja uy. Jessica Sanchez man
kaayo.”, Lex commented. “ Chix kaau ug sounds si Jared”, I laughed. Jared thanked us because we joined him. He was
not bored with the travel because Lex and I were there. Lex and I were Jared’s
good friends not because Jared has the car and the money, but because we are
his true barkada. Yes, Jared has the money but he is so “kuripot”. All his
friends knew that.
We stopped at Jollibee San Frans in Agusan del Sur. “ Diri
rata para tipid. Makabusog man japun.”
“OK. Payts!”, Lex uttered.
“ Mamili pamu. Libre na baya inung sakay. Ambi inung kwrta beh mamalit
for breakfast.” , Jared said. “ Atay. Abi ba nako libre ni.”, I commented.
On our way to Britannia, we had a glimpse of some islets. “
Jed , mao na nah. Mao na atung adtuan.”
“ Bulag bulag jud diay Ja oh”.
Britannia Group of Islands is the paradise of Surigao del
Sur situated in Barangay Britannia, San Agustin. It is composed of 24 islets scattered in the
open sea.
“Tara! Ligo na ta! Asa man atung sakyan?”, Lex excitingly
remarked to Jared.
“Hulat. Order sah ta
pagkaon para after the island hopping maniudto nata. Dugay2 baya ta sa isla.”,
Jared replied.

Sajed uttered.
We rented a boat to tour the Britannia Group of Islands. Cool waters. White beaches. This is what I
love. This is what relaxation means.
This is an escape indeed from a busy life in Davao City.
I could not memorize anymore the names of the islets that we
visited. What I have in mind are the swimming sessions and sun bathing that we
had. In one island, a group of ladies was asking our names and I said to Lex, “Kuy,
makatira jud ka diri. “ And as went on, we discovered that the ladies were from
Bangkal, Davao City. What a small world! There was one lady also who get
interested with Jared, but Jared ignored. It is not his type.

swimmer, but when we were in Britannia, he had learned how to swim. “Kabalo
nako Kuy. Kabalo nako mulangoy.”
“Ja, praktis ug langoy ba. Naunsa.”

ReplyDeleteThe title implies that the place visited proves that in spites of many modernizations there are still places that is still virgin to its beautiful features. A place where you can find a full relaxation that the world can offer.
I can conclude from the content that business is not a hindrance to enjoy life, even though, you are assigned to do different task, different appointments, you can still have the fun that you want.
And you should not expose your self to your works because taking care of our selves especially our health is more important, and you must give enough time for recreational activities and enjoy leisure, to make it balance to work.
And we should not forget to have fun with our friends and to our family. And never lose our health for money, we just need to manage our time well.
And always remember "THERE IS A TIME FOR EVERYTHING"

I inferred that Sir and his friends are pretty much enjoyed.Even how far it is,I know being their is a lot of fun.Being in a place like paradise can make our feeling good.

And being workaholic can be a great factor of getting older :).We must enjoy our life,not always in work but learn to relax.

From the title itself, it implies that it is one of the must see places in the Philippines. A place where you can find a great satisfaction and experience in life that mother nature can give.
I can conclude based on the article that having a job doesn't mean that you are only focusing on that, you must reward yourself with the things that may satisfies you. Bonding with your friends, family or a special person in your life that may give you a extra-ordinary experience. Chill and enjoy your life!

The title says it all. The article is all about how sir Sajed and his closest friends enjoy their relaxing trip to Britanna Group of Islands. They had their escape from the busy life in the city to experience relaxation. They enjoyed nature's beauty and God's creation of real wonders.
ReplyDeleteThough sir Sajed and his friends are already in the middle age and are already professionals in their different fields, they still manage to hang out with each other. They did not have to go too far. It only took few hours for them to experience relaxation. Busy schedules should never be a hindrance to give yourself a break from all the stress, dramas and responsibilities in life. After a long time of hard work, yourself deserve to have a break. Treat yourself with something that makes you happy. Enjoy some leisure time with your closest friends and have happy moments with them.
After all the relaxation, you can regain all your energy and go back to the real worlds to face the real things. never forget your responsibilities, but above all never forget yourself. Like how Mr. Sajed is so busy even if it's summer, he still managed to give time for his self.

The title infers that the place or venue of the topic is at the Britannia Group of Islands. another thing that you can imply or their objective on the said place is relaxation. an escape to the busy life in Davao City.
The story mainly is about the "reunion" of three close friends in Britannia Group of Islands. We can infer that it is a story about friendship in a way that no matter how busy a person or how long they haven't seen each other, their friendship will not fade. If you don't have time, we can make time.
From our generation today, its a miracle to see a place that we can be proud to say a creation of our Father. too much destruction has happened and too little beautiful things remain...
ReplyDeleteAs I read the article from Sir Sajed, I can infer that even though we now live in an environment that's too polluted, there are still places that is worth an adventure and is worth to spend our time with our friends.
Although we can't deny that our time is spent mostly on works, studies, and other stressful activities, it's still not bad to reward ourselves by having a vacation and a bonding moment with our loved ones or with our fiends.
Relaxation is not just a want but a need in our lives.

From the title, I can already say that the traveler enjoys his relaxation at Britannia Group of Islands. It is the place where he feels cool with his friends.
I can conclude that being busy in work is not a hindrance to enjoy life. That there will always be a time for everything and it well refer to the choices you've made. If you choose to have a boring life, you can! but if you choose to unwind sometimes then go and grab the chance! Always remember that opportunities only knock once so be wise all the time.

ReplyDeleteWell this article infers a thought that no matter how busy and hectic a schedule of a person is, he/she must really find time to relax and unwind because undeniably it is really pragmatic. by that, we can attain mind relaxation and freeing ourselves from stress of work and other daily activities.
The said place which is the Britania Group of Islands is a place created by our almighty God wherein we can have all forms of relaxation, enjoyment, and bonding maybe with our friends, family and even special someone. As my intuition plays, thinking of how the traveler feels with his/her tour in the aforementioned place I have come to a thought that maybe it is really very relaxing and enjoying to visit this spot , forgetting the stress which the life in the metropolis brought to the traveler and all the stressful doings he/she is encountering everyday.

Relaxing at Britannia Group of Islands (Part one)
The title itself states it all. "Relaxing" at the place, the place which is the Britannia Group of Islands in Barangay Britannina, San Agustin, Surigao del SUr.
It's all about the relaxing of Mr. Sajed and with his friends to escape the the busy life in the Davao City, and they enjoyed the beauty of nature.
Busy schedules should never be a hindrance to your life. You also need to relax yourself and chill your mind with those works. That is why breaktime is made, to chill and relax ourselves even for a while.
Leisure times is really important, it relieves and lifts your heart, brain and body and forget for a while those works/schedules.
Always enjoy life! Don't force yourself to a certain work.
Give time to yourself and you need some moments to treasure.
BUt don't forget, it is still life, we have responsibilities to do so. It is not always enjoying and forget everything. We just need some time to relax. We should give time some time sometimes. ^_^

When i read the title "Relaxing at Britannia Group of Islands", The first come to my mind is a tourist destination outside the Philippines, and for me it sound's like so interesting knowing the fact that i never been to "Britannia outside the Philippines.
As i read the article, i infer that even how busy you are you need to have some time for your self and also for your friends, don't just focus on your work.
On the other hand we see that there are a lot of island that is so beautiful here in the Philippines so let's value all the beautiful island that we have. let us see how lucky we are to have this kind of island, and we must take care of the remaining islands.

I wish I can go to "Britannia Group of Islands" someday. All of us want’s to travel, but money is the problem, we can't afford it! As I read the full story I imagined how beautiful the place is, the white beaches and the islets sure is an ideal place to relax. It can also be a place where you can bring your family and friends for out of town getaways.
All of us need to feel at ease, reward ourselves some pleasures once in a while. It's time to forget those problems at work or even at school that can make our mind exhausted or weary.
There are a lot of beautiful islands here in Philippines making us Filipinos lucky. Let’s take a little time to enjoy, love and feel every seconds of our life, life is short and thinking obstacles makes it even shorter. If you don’t take the chance to live life what can you say at the end of it?

I infer in the title which is RELAXING AT THE BRITANNIA GROUP OF ISLAND is that as we might all know, places here in the Philippines have lots of places can be tour around and make some memorable memories within that place. When the time comes that we are vacant, just try to do some relaxation and celebration with your family and friends anywhere else. I conclude that in every busy time that we always have, we need to take a post and stop for a while and don't hesitate to give yourself a break with your loved ones. But as I read the article, I found out that it was just here in the Philippines.It amazes me that there is that kind of place in here specifically in Mindanao. As Filipinos we should first discover beautiful things here in our country before in outside the country. We should love our own places as well as to take good care of it.
